These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by MASA MARITIME LTD, company number 15136648, whose registered office is at Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Leeds, LS25 1NB, United Kingdom ("MASA", "we", "us" or "our").
MASA provides maritime consultancy and related professional services. Service descriptions, scope, delivery times and applicable requirements are provided on this website and, where relevant, in a written quotation or proposal.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, website content is an invitation to request a service and not a binding offer. A service engagement begins only when MASA issues a written quotation or proposal and the customer accepts it.
Our services are quotation-based. Before any payment is requested, MASA will provide the applicable fee, the transaction currency written in words and shown with its symbol or currency code, and any payment schedule.
Some services require an advance payment or deposit; this will be clearly stated in the applicable quotation before the customer accepts it. Any remaining balance, due date and payment instructions will also be stated in writing.
You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documentation needed for the requested service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to submit information and request the service on behalf of any individual or organisation you represent.
Customers may cancel a requested service before work has started by contacting us at info@masamaritime.com. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
MASA provides professional services with reasonable skill and care. Any outcome that depends on third parties, regulators, authorities, vessel operators or information supplied by the customer is outside MASA's direct control.
